By accessing and using the services provided by FerrumForge Consulting, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between FerrumForge Consulting ("we", "us", "our") and the client or user ("you").

2. Professional Services

FerrumForge Consulting provides leadership development, strategic planning, and organizational coaching. While we strive for transformative results, the effectiveness of our consulting depends significantly on organizational participation and implementation discipline. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or regulatory compliance unless explicitly stated in a signed Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property

All training materials, frameworks, workshops, and proprietary methodologies utilized during our engagement remain the sole intellectual property of FerrumForge Consulting. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials internally for the duration of the engagement.

4. Confidentiality

We adhere to strict professional ethics regarding client data and strategic information. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information exchanged during coaching sessions and strategic planning workshops.

5. Limitation of Liability

FerrumForge Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our consulting services. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service from which the claim arises.
